Alright, this one is going to be brief because there were again no new entries and...I am kind of disappointed by the fact that Alex Warren's "Emerald Eyes" didn't debut.but anyway let's get into the top ten where of course there's no change at the top where "Choosin' Texas" by Ella Langley rules the roost for yet another week, it's still a monster, sales and streaming.
Hence it held up easily over "Rein Me In" by Sam Fender and Olivia Dean at numbder two which effectively swapped positions with "Man I Need" by Olivia Dean which slipped back to number three.
Same goes for Alex Warren's "Ordinary" jumping back up one slot to number four and "Boston" by Stella Lefty falling back to number five.
"Stupid Song" by Olivia Rodrigo held steady at number six while Rodrigo's other top ten hit right now "The Cure" rebounded two slots to number seven.
"Loser" by Tame Impala also held firm at number eight although I really would like to see this leave the top ten quickly now. the same goes for "Earrings" by Malcolm Todd which fell two to number nine.
Finally remaining steady at number ten is "Self Aware" by Temper City.
Losers
Former number one "Animal" by Katseye fell nine slots to twenty two while "Oh yeah?" by Steve Lacy hit a thirteen slot rough patch back to twenty nine.
Olivia Rodrigo's "Drop Dead' slipped eight to thirty five while F3miii's "Noble" suffered a ten place skid to forty nine.
Drop Outs
So we did see four songs drop out, those being "Some of Your Love" by PartyNextDoor, "Petal" by Ariana Grande, "Baby Steps" by Olivia Dean and maybe the biggest drop out of the four..."Stateside" by PinkPantheress and Zara Larsson.
Gains
So most of our big gains were for older songs however "Midnight Sun" by Zara Larsson climbed ten to twenty six.
Bruno Mars tour of Australia also saw "I Just Might" rise fourteen off it's return to number thirty six.
The two older songs that saw major boosts were "Back to Friends" by Sombr up twelve to sixteen and "Where is My Husband" by RAYE up ten to fifteen.
Re-Entries
Four returns this week with album release impact seeing Alex Warren's "Fever Dream" back at thirty one although he also saw the return of "Carry You Home" at forty six.
Bruno Mars had "Risk It All" back at number thirty eight while finally Sombr's "Undressed" is back at fifty.
With there being no new entries to talk about that wraps this week. Next week could be as quiet as this week because unless streaming picks up...I do not see the new Miley Cyrus single charting but we'll have to see.
